You’ll be the on-site leader for a team of about 10 people, responsible for everything from daily operations to long-term safety culture. Your days will be a mix of strategic oversight and hands-on leadership. You will:

- Manage all site operations, including production, inventory, and compliance with DOT and TCEQ regulations
- Lead by example in Process Safety Management (PSM)—your experience here will be a major asset
- Work directly with hourly personnel to solve problems, improve processes, and maintain a zero-incident mindset
- Report to a regional manager with minimal travel required (this is a local, grounded role)
- Participate in a 10-week management training course designed to sharpen your leadership toolkit

**What You Bring**

- 6+ years of experience, with a strong leadership background (previous management is non-negotiable)
