**Your Mission**
You’ll be the bridge between cutting-edge technology and the people who build our cities. Your day-to-day will look like this:
- Sell building automation, HVAC controls, and smart building solutions to mechanical contractors, consulting engineers, general contractors, and design professionals.
- Build long-term relationships with assigned and target accounts—then grow them.
- Spot new opportunities in the construction market and turn them into closed deals.
- Understand each customer’s operational, efficiency, and sustainability goals, then align our solutions to meet them.
- Partner with our internal operations and engineering teams to ensure every project delivers on its promise.
- Act as a trusted advisor throughout the sales process—not just a vendor.
**What You Bring**

**Required**
- 2+ years selling commercial HVAC controls or building automation systems
- Experience selling into the construction industry
- A solid understanding of Building Automation Systems (BAS) design and applications
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills—you’re self-driven and know how to close
**Preferred**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 5+ years of construction industry sales experience
- Experience selling HVAC mechanical equipment and/or full BAS solutions
