**The Role**
You’ll deliver expert training to customers and partners, helping them transform their workflows with advanced legal software and AI capabilities. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team of curriculum designers, learning experience experts, and professional services consultants to build a training program that spans product adoption, business transformation, and everything in between. Your sessions—whether virtual, onsite, or in multi-client workshops—will be the catalyst that turns potential into productivity.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead product training across all legal software solutions, from live instructor-led workshops to on-demand eLearning and certification exams
- Deliver both multi-client and dedicated single-client sessions, traveling to customer, partner, or company locations as needed
- Partner with the Lead Curriculum Designer, Learning Experience Designer, and subject matter experts to identify training gaps and design the right delivery methods
- Co-create and continuously update training assets—including videos, toolkits, webinars, and office hours—so they always reflect the latest product releases
- Maintain core materials like instructor and participant guides, ensuring they’re accurate, clear, and accessible for every learner
- Collect and analyze feedback (surveys, NPS, completion metrics) to refine your approach and prove impact

**Compensation:** $92,000 – $100,000 per year
