You will be the central hub for all electrical maintenance, ensuring our skilled electricians have everything they need—the right plans, parts, and information—to keep our operations running safely and efficiently.

**Your Mission:**

You will plan, organize, and coordinate all daily electrical maintenance activities. Your core mission is to build detailed job plans and ensure materials, tools, and labor are prepared before work begins, minimizing downtime and maximizing safety. You will serve as the plant’s subject matter expert for electrical systems within our Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), owning the accuracy of equipment records, bills of material, and preventive maintenance tasks.

**What You Will Do:**

* Be the guardian of data: Develop, review, and maintain master data for electrical equipment, including detailed bills of materials and preventive maintenance task lists.
* Plan with precision: Create comprehensive job plans for work on motors, drives, PLCs, switchgear, MCCs, lighting, and control systems. You’ll estimate labor, specify materials, and identify special tool needs.
* Ensure readiness: Obtain vendor quotes, coordinate purchasing, and meticulously track material deliveries. You’ll stage and kit electrical parts so the team can hit the ground running.
* Master the backlog: Maintain a well-organized, prioritized backlog of electrical work, categorized by system and priority to drive smart scheduling.
* Collaborate for success: Lead and support weekly and shutdown planning meetings, coordinating seamlessly with operations, maintenance leadership, and our electricians.
* Close the loop: Review completed work orders for accuracy, ensuring vital feedback and job notes are captured in the CMMS to continuously improve our plans and history.
* Provide insights: Generate key reports on backlog status, PM compliance, and labor utilization to help guide our reliability journey.

**You Bring:**

* A minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance planning, with a strong focus on electrical systems within an industrial or manufacturing setting.
* Deep familiarity with CMMS systems—you don’t just use it, you master it.
* A practical understanding of industrial electrical components and the workflows needed to repair them.
* A meticulous, organized nature and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
