## About This Opportunity

This isn't just another capture role. You'll be the architect of the win—shaping the future of Naval dominance and undersea warfare from the ground up. If you thrive on the thrill of competitive capture, love navigating complex acquisition pathways, and want your fingerprints on the next generation of autonomous undersea systems, this is your chance to make a tangible impact on national security.

---

## What You'll Do

**Own the Capture Lifecycle.** You'll lead end-to-end capture using the Shipley methodology—from opportunity identification through Color Team reviews to final award. You'll develop sophisticated Price-to-Win (PTW) strategies, competitive assessments, and value proposition maps specifically for NAVSEA and related programs. And you'll navigate modern DoD acquisition pathways—BAAs, OTAs, DIU initiatives—to accelerate deployment of maritime technologies.

**Be the Domain Authority.** You'll serve as the primary expert on Naval vessel and Uncrewed Undersea Vehicle (UUV) lifecycles. That means deep knowledge of:
- Hull, mechanical, and electrical (HM&E) systems
- Underwater acoustics and maritime cyber-resiliency
- Manned/unmanned teaming (MUM-T), undersea sensing, and distributed maritime operations

You'll monitor future trends to position the company as the preferred partner for "Ghost Fleet" and next-generation submarine programs.

**Build Relationships That Win.** You'll establish and reinforce high-level partnerships within NAVSEA, NAVAIR, ONR, and PEOs focused on Submarines and Unmanned/Small Combatants. You'll also influence internal leadership—communicating capture strategies and operational plans that have measurable impact on our maritime business portfolio.

---

## What You Bring

- **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Ocean, Mechanical, or Electrical preferred) or Business with 12+ years of relevant experience—or a Graduate degree/MBA with 10+ years.
- **Clearance:** Active SECRET security clearance required; ability to obtain TS/SCI.
- **Proven Track Record:** Demonstrated success in winning complex, high-value captures in the maritime or undersea domain. You have the scars and the wins to prove it.

This is a role for someone who doesn't just manage capture—they *own* it. If you're ready to shape the future of Naval power, we want to hear from you.
