**Your Mission**

You will serve as the cornerstone of our ERP ecosystem, ensuring NetSuite not only supports but accelerates our business operations. Your days will be a dynamic mix of strategic planning, cross-functional collaboration, and deep technical work. You’ll own the roadmap, governance, and continuous improvement of the platform, directly impacting how we serve our mission-critical clients across North America.

**What You’ll Do**

* **Lead Strategy & Governance:** Own the NetSuite roadmap and long-term ERP strategy. Partner with executive and functional leaders to translate business needs into scalable solutions and bring acquired companies onto our platform.
* **Drive Process Excellence:** Champion continuous improvement across finance, order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, inventory, and reporting. Ensure system architecture aligns with enterprise IT and data governance standards.
* **Manage & Optimize the System:** Oversee all configuration, customization, workflows, dashboards, and permissions. Manage releases, upgrades, and system performance to ensure optimal stability and value.
* **Develop the Team:** Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and direction to a team of NetSuite professionals, fostering growth and ensuring excellence in delivery.
* **Ensure Operational Integrity:** Maintain system security, data integrity, and compliance. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, and manage relationships with NetSuite and other vendors.

**You Bring**

* 7+ years of progressive experience with NetSuite administration, configuration, and development.
* Proven experience in a leadership role owning the NetSuite platform, including roadmap and governance.
* Deep functional knowledge of core financial processes, supply chain, and project management within NetSuite.
* Strong technical skills in SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, SuiteBuilder, and integration tools.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to partner with both technical teams and business executives.
* A strategic mindset balanced with a hands-on willingness to dive into the details.
