**Your Mission:**

You will be the guardian of our tooling, ensuring all molds and equipment are in optimal condition to meet demanding production schedules. Your core responsibility is to provide expert building and repair support, guaranteeing the highest standards for our internal teams and external customers.

A typical shift will see you performing preventative maintenance, executing minor engineering changes, and troubleshooting complex tooling issues alongside our Process and Plant Engineers. You’ll also play a key mentorship role, assisting in training associates on the proper care and use of tools.

We’ll count on you to maintain meticulous records of all repairs and changes, manage replacement part inventories, and actively participate in root cause analysis and team-based problem-solving activities like 8Ds. Upholding exceptional housekeeping and rigorously following all internal and OSHA safety procedures is fundamental to everything you do.

**You Bring:**

* A minimum of 5 years’ hands-on experience with plastic injection molds and at least 7 years in mold making/repair.
* Proficiency in operating various machinery, including the adept use of an overhead crane.
* The ability to accurately interpret tooling prints, hydraulic schematics, and electrical circuit diagrams.
* Formal technical training and/or proven experience with Mill Grinding.
* A high school diploma or GED.
* A disciplined, proactive approach with a relentless commitment to quality and safety.

**Location & Schedule:**
This is a full-time, 3rd shift position based at our facility in Kansas City, Missouri.
