About This Opportunity: You’re not just solving engineering problems; you’re ensuring the reliability and precision of gas turbines that power critical industries worldwide. As a Senior Engineer within our Turbine Production Engineering (TPE) team, you will be the vital technical bridge between design, manufacturing, and supply chain. This is a hands-on role where your deep expertise directly influences production quality, process improvement, and technical problem-solving on the front lines. **Your Impact:**
You will provide essential engineering support for all gas turbine model lines, focusing on your accountable part families. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with manufacturing, operations, and supply chain partners to ensure excellence from blueprint to finished component. You’ll review and disposition discrepant material, lead root cause analyses, and develop digital solutions to optimize our processes. This role demands a technical leader who can guide diverse teams and drive continuous improvement.

**You Bring:**
A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a closely related field, plus over 10 years of relevant engineering experience. Your background is built on a foundation of technical excellence in turbomachinery.

**Your Technical Toolkit Includes:**
* Proficiency in Turbomachinery Design, Manufacturing, and/or Supplier Technical management.
* Strong knowledge of mechanical design methodologies and manufacturing processes like investment casting, forgings, precision machining, heat treatments, and welding/brazing.
* The ability to read Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) and interpret CMM/ATOS inspection reports.
* Fundamental experience with quality systems (RCCA, PPAP, CAR, etc.) and basic knowledge of CAD systems like CREO.
* A strong advantage: 6Sigma Black Belt & DMAIC training, coupled with demonstrated skill in data analytics and creating digital solutions.
