**What You’ll Do**
You’ll lead civil engineering design for site development, infrastructure, grading, drainage, and utility systems. That means you’ll prepare and review plans, calculations, specs, and technical reports—and you’ll own the quality, schedule, and budget from concept through construction. You’ll coordinate with internal teams, clients, and regulatory agencies across the full project lifecycle, ensuring every design meets code, standards, and permitting requirements.

You’ll also:
- Perform and review hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for stormwater management systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and designers, offering technical guidance and sharpening their work through QA/QC reviews.
- Support proposal development when needed, bringing your project insight to the table early.

**What You Bring**
A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an active PE license are non-negotiable. You’ve got 8–10 years of civil engineering experience under your belt, with a strong focus on site development and infrastructure. You’re fluent in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related software, and you have a solid grasp of local, state, and federal permitting processes.

Bonus points if you’ve worked on federal projects—that experience is a big plus here. You’re a clear communicator, a natural leader, and a sharp problem-solver who can juggle multiple projects without dropping the ball.
