**Location:** Cranberry Twp, Pennsylvania
**Compensation:** $75,000 – $90,000 per year

**What You’ll Do:**

You will lead, coach, and develop the inside sales and estimating team, setting clear priorities and managing workloads to ensure quotes are delivered accurately and on time. Your day-to-day will mix leadership with hands-on estimating—you’ll produce high-quality quotes yourself while guiding your team to do the same.

Key responsibilities include:
- Establishing and monitoring performance metrics for quote turnaround, win rates, margins, and pipeline health
- Training team members on estimating methods, pricing standards, and SAP workflows
- Overseeing inside sales processes, quote pipelines, order handoffs, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Serving as the escalation point for complex estimates, pricing issues, and customer concerns
- Supporting key accounts and strategic customers as a primary point of contact
- Partnering with outside sales to convert opportunities and participating in pricing negotiations

You’ll also analyze quoting and sales data to spot trends, identify opportunities, and drive decisions that boost customer satisfaction and operational performance.

**What You Bring:**

You have at least 3 years of experience in estimating and/or inside sales within a manufacturing environment. You bring strong technical and commercial knowledge—you understand products, processes, and how to price competitively without sacrificing margins.

A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered. Most importantly, you lead by example. You’re organized, proactive, and able to thrive in a customer-driven setting where no two days are the same.
