**What You’ll Do**
You’ll take full responsibility for this site—from safety to throughput to team development. You’ll be the kind of leader who knows every operator by name, who walks the floor daily, and who pushes for high standards without micromanaging. Your days will be a mix of strategic planning and boots-on-the-ground problem-solving.

- Drive a culture of safety and performance, ensuring every team member goes home the same way they arrived
- Oversee daily operations, from chemical distribution to process safety management (PSM) compliance
- Manage DOT and TCEQ regulations—you’ll be the go-to for all regulatory questions
- Lead, coach, and develop a small but mighty team of hourly and operations personnel
- Report to a regional manager, but with minimal travel (think local, not road warrior)

**What You Bring**

- 6+ years of experience, with a strong leadership background (previous management is non-negotiable)
- Chemical industry experience—ideally in chemical distribution or a similar environment

- A preference for being out on the floor, not chained to a desk
