**Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept**
You will take the reins of the Ohio market, driving new business and deepening relationships with OEMs, panel builders, and industrial distributors. Your focus: expand the footprint of a portfolio that includes sensors, monitoring relays, timers, energy management systems, switching devices, safety components, and industrial networking solutions. You won’t do it alone—you’ll collaborate daily with inside sales, product line managers, and senior sales leadership to uncover opportunities and close deals that matter.

**What You’ll Actually Do**
- Hunt and close new business with OEM customers across your territory, from initial contact to signed contract.
- Nurture existing key accounts—think long-term partnerships, not one-off orders.
- Partner with Inside Sales Managers to align account strategies and keep momentum high.
- Crush your revenue targets by identifying customer pain points and proposing technical and commercial solutions that stick.
- Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and technical events—your expertise will be on display.
- Keep your sales activity, forecasting, and pipeline tracking sharp and accurate (CRM is your friend here).
- Work hand-in-hand with product management and sales leadership to position products and open new markets.
- Negotiate and close strategic account opportunities with confidence and clarity.

**Who You Are**
You’ve got proven B2B sales chops in industrial automation or electronic components—ideally selling to OEMs, panel builders, or industrial distributors. You know your way around automation components: sensors, switching devices, relays, and industrial control technologies aren’t just words to you—they’re tools you can talk about with engineers and procurement alike.

You’re a natural communicator and relationship-builder, equally comfortable in a boardroom or on a plant floor. Self-driven? Absolutely. Proactive? Always. You solve problems before they become problems, and you thrive in a technical sales environment where every day brings a new challenge.

**What You Bring**
- A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Automation Engineering, or a related field is preferred—but real-world experience speaks volumes.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, ERP tools, and Microsoft Office (you’re organized and data-savvy).
