**Your Mission:**

As our Channel Account Manager for the Mid-West, you will develop and execute strategies to accelerate sales through our dealer channel and key end-users. You are the vital link, fostering strong business relationships and providing the expertise that turns complex challenges into seamless imaging solutions. Your day-to-day will be dynamic, blending strategic planning with hands-on technical support.

Your core responsibilities include:
* Developing and implementing sales growth strategies with dealer channel decision-makers and end users.
* Acting as the primary company representative, building and nurturing critical relationships with assigned dealers and offices.
* Conducting high-level presentations to C-suite executives (CEO, CIO, CFO), articulating ROI, sales strategies, and technical workflow analysis.
* Providing dealers and end users with the technical expertise needed to analyze needs and recommend hardware/software solutions.
* Managing all aspects of your channel accounts, including territory management, marketing program rollout, education, and support.
* Leading product launch coordination and software/hardware updates with the dealer sales channel.

**You Bring:**

* A required Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of related experience.
* Proven experience in copier sales and the A3 market is essential.
* Background in B2B retail sales, face-to-face customer roles, or with a copier dealer/manufacturer is a strong plus.
* CompTIA CDIA/CDIA+ and Network+ Certifications.
* Sales Certification in the 6 core Skill-Soft areas: Professional Selling in the Knowledge Economy, Field Sales, Territorial Account Sales Skills, Opportunity Development, Strategic Account Sales Skills, and Sales Communication Techniques simulations.
* A willingness to travel over 75% of the time within the Mid-West/Northern region.
* The ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and build trust at every level of an organization.

**Compensation & Details:**

This is a full-time, virtual/remote position based in the Mid-West region. You will receive a competitive annual base salary of $70,000 - $104,000, plus commission eligibility under the terms of an applicable plan (65/35 split).
