Based in Manhattan, you’ll be the trusted client partner from pitch to punch list, shaping spaces where people actually want to work. **What You’ll Do**
You’ll own the full project lifecycle—starting with new business. That means helping craft RFP responses, sitting in on presentations, and building the case for why this firm is the right choice. Once the project lands, you’ll calculate and track man-hour projections, generate project fees, and draft contractual agreements. You’ll be the prime client interface from kickoff to close-out, coordinating with real estate teams, landlords, and consultants.

You’ll also:
- Lead code reviews, building analysis, and lease reviews
- Prepare consultant RFPs and manage their deliverables
- Oversee project production, staffing projections, and team coordination
- Conduct final red-line reviews of construction documents
- Manage project finances—budgets, contracts, change orders, payment requisitions, invoicing, and collections
- Attend project meetings and coordinate the bidding process (questions, interviews, bid analysis)
- Drive project close-out and sign-off

**What You Bring**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of continuous project management experience in workplace interiors
- Working knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD
- Strong presentation skills and the ability to command a room
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Deep understanding of NYC and IBC Building Codes, compliance, filing strategies, and base building infrastructure

**Compensation & Perks**
- Annual salary range: $120,000 – $160,000
- Full-time, hybrid role based in Manhattan
