**What You’ll Do**
As the Director of Pharmacy, you’ll own the department’s vision and day-to-day operations. You’ll:
- Direct all pharmacy activities and resources to hit both clinical and organizational goals.
- Develop and implement department plans that align with ethical, legal, and regulatory standards—including HIPAA and evidence-based practices.
- Oversee patient care delivery, information technologies, service levels, and complaint management to keep quality high.
- Plan and monitor staffing: hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions, and continuing education.
- Prepare, monitor, and manage the department budget, ensuring compliance with allocated funding.
- Coordinate and lead internal and external audits.
- Foster an environment where your team grows professionally and feels supported.
- Manage the work of others—planning, assigning, and overseeing daily operations.

**What You Bring**
- A Bachelor’s or Doctorate in Pharmacy (required).
- A current Utah Pharmacy License—or the ability to get one quickly.
- 3–5 years of recent hospital pharmacy experience (leadership preferred).
- A proven ability to integrate evidence-based practices into protocols and operations.
- A solid grasp of healthcare compliance and regulatory standards.

**Schedule & Compensation**
- Full-time position. Pharmacy hours: Monday–Friday, 6am–6pm; Saturday–Sunday, 6am–4pm; Holidays, 6am–12pm. You’ll lead a team that includes 2 pharmacists (working 7 on/7 off) plus PRN support, and 3 techs each day.
- **Compensation:** $146,000 – $185,000 per year, based on experience.
- Full benefits package, plus a **$20,000 sign-on/relocation bonus**.
