**Your Mission:**
You will be the steady, supportive presence for adolescents in our mental health and court diversion programs. Working under the direction of our professional clinical staff, you will directly implement care plans, provide vital observations, and lead therapeutic activities that make a tangible difference. Your calm and compassionate approach will be essential in helping young people navigate their path to wellness.

**What You Will Do:**

* Act as a cornerstone of the therapeutic team, assisting with diverse mental health interventions and supporting patient and family care plans.
* Lead and facilitate prescribed educational, diversional, and discussion groups, managing attendance and reporting key insights to professional staff.
* Provide compassionate one-on-one support and engagement with patients as directed.
* Use your strong observational skills to monitor patient progress and report pertinent information to nurses and clinicians to aid in evaluation and treatment.
* Demonstrate competency in age-specific care for adolescents and assist with program logistics, including volunteer monitoring and student orientation.
* After comprehensive training, you will have the opportunity to support our Court Diversion Program, assisting with D.U.I. school and underage consumption programs by following the 12 core functions (screening, intake, orientation, etc.) under supervision.

**You Bring:**

* An associate degree in a related field, OR equivalent education and 2+ years of hands-on experience in an adolescent-focused setting.
* The innate ability to remain calm, compassionate, and effective in high-stress situations.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
* A commitment to complete required trainings, including:
* CPR/First Aid certification within 30 days of hire.
* Trauma-informed care and youth development training within 30 days of hire.
* Crisis intervention training within 6 months of hire.

**Schedule, Pay & Benefits:**
This is a full-time position working 72 hours per pay period. We are currently hiring for the **Night Shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)**. You will be valued and compensated based on your experience, with a competitive pay range of **$17.53 - $24.50 per hour**. The role includes a comprehensive full-time benefits
