**Your Mission:**
You will be the driving force behind diverse and challenging commercial and industrial structural projects. Your deep technical expertise will allow you to offer clients cost-effective, innovative solutions, often making critical decisions with limited information. Beyond managing the day-to-day client relationship, you’ll play a key role in expanding the firm’s reach and securing new work across various markets.

A core part of your impact will be mentoring and training junior engineers, helping them grow their skills on unique projects. You’ll work with a tight-knit team where your vision directly influences strategic goals. **You Bring:**

* A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and an active P.E. license.
* 7+ years of hands-on experience in commercial and industrial structural engineering.
* 3-5 years of dedicated project management experience.
* Proven expertise in both existing building analysis and new building design, utilizing steel, masonry, and concrete.
* The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-directed environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
