**The Role**
As our Account Executive, you’ll own the Charleston territory—developing and executing a strategic marketing plan that drives growth for our specialty infusion services. You’ll be the bridge between our pharmacy and the healthcare providers who trust us with their patients. Your mission: cultivate new business, deepen existing partnerships, and keep us ahead of the competition.

**What You’ll Do**
- Build and nurture relationships with new accounts while strengthening ties with current ones—this is a relationship-first role.
- Use tools like Trella to identify high-potential accounts and maximize referral opportunities, documenting your call cycle like a pro.
- Partner with pharmaceutical counterparts to create real collaboration, not just transactional handoffs.
- Stay current on disease states and the specialty infusion drug landscape—you’ll be the go-to expert in your territory.
- Understand sales metrics, referral processes, and messaging inside and out, then use that knowledge to crush your net revenue goals.
- Work hand-in-hand with your pharmacy team, intake specialists, and prior authorization experts to ensure every referral moves smoothly from start to finish.
- Keep your finger on the pulse of the competition—collect intel on the infusion landscape and share insights with leadership to keep us sharp.
- Handle the admin side: provider spreadsheets, referral tracking, marketing budget, expense reports (via the American Express app), and software platforms like Trella, Trillian, Microsoft, and CareTend.

**What You Bring**
- At least 1 year of sales experience—healthcare or infusion is a plus, but we’re open to hungry, coachable talent.
- A knack for building genuine relationships with providers, patients, and internal teams.
- Comfort with data: you can navigate Trella, spreadsheets, and reporting without breaking a sweat.
- An understanding of payers, benefits investigations, and profitability—and how they tie into your pharmacy’s success.
- A driver’s license and a willingness to be on the road (you’ll get a company car and gas card).
