As our Quality Assurance Supervisor, you’ll lead from the floor, not from a corner office. You’ll shape how we inspect, test, and improve everything from raw steel to finished strata control products. **What You’ll Do**
You’ll be the hands-on leader ensuring every product meets ASTM-F432 standards, customer specs, and our own internal procedures. That means overseeing inspection and testing for purchased materials, in-process components, and finished goods used in mining and tunneling. You’ll drive continuous improvement by analyzing quality data—think Pareto charts, control charts, trend analysis—and turning those insights into real, on-the-floor changes. You’ll collaborate daily with operators, supervisors, and management, translating technical requirements into clear, actionable steps. And when issues arise, you’ll lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions that stick.

**What You Bring**
- **2+ years** in quality assurance or manufacturing leadership (metal manufacturing, forging, or stamping is a big plus)
- A high school diploma or GED required; an Associate Degree or technical certification in Quality or Manufacturing preferred
- Strong understanding of metal manufacturing processes, inspection methods, and quality testing equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office—especially Excel for data analysis and chart creation
- A strategic mindset that balances big-picture quality goals with the daily grind of keeping production moving
- The ability to coach employees, foster accountability, and lead by example—even when the line is running hot
- Dependability: you show up on time, work flexible shifts when needed, and have the manual dexterity and physical capability to handle light-to-medium lifting (5–30 lbs)
