**Your Role:**
You will be at the forefront of trade litigation and policy, managing all facets of antidumping and countervailing duty proceedings before the U.S. Department of Commerce and the U.S. International Trade Commission. Your work will include judicial appeals of these agencies’ determinations. You will also support the Trade Policy practice, engaging with agencies like the Office of the United States Trade Representative. This position offers a mix of deep legal analysis, persuasive writing, and strategic advisory work for a prestigious client roster.

**You Bring:**
* A Juris Doctor (JD) from a top accredited law school and active membership in the District of Columbia Bar.
* 3 to 5 years of dedicated experience in Trade Litigation, specifically with AD/CVD proceedings.
* A solid understanding of the legal landscape, exceptional writing skills, and grace under pressure.
* A willingness to travel internationally as needed.
* Prior experience at an AmLaw200 firm is a plus.

**Ideal candidates will also have:**
* Strong quantitative capabilities, with a background in accounting or economics.
* Facility with Excel for data analysis.
