We’re looking for a President of Sales and Marketing to be the steward of our most valuable asset—our lot inventory—and lead a talented team driving our next chapter of growth. **Your Mission**
Your core mission is to maximize the return on investment for every lot we own. You’ll protect margins and drive revenue by mastering the dynamic between price and pace. You will lead, develop, and inspire our sales organization—including 3 Sales Managers and approximately 12 agents—while also managing relationships with outside agents in key markets like Savannah.
**What You Will Do**
* **Drive Strategic ROI:** Collaborate with Land, Finance, and Operations to ensure each community yields optimal revenue and lifecycle efficiency. You’ll evaluate and adjust sales release strategies, spec inventory planning, and lot takedown cadence to support margin stability.
* **Master Price vs. Pace:** Continuously analyze market conditions to determine the optimal mix for long-term profitability. Establish forecasting models that integrate pricing, incentives, and traffic trends to make data-driven decisions.
* **Align for Growth:** Ensure marketing spend, sales strategies, and community rollouts are tightly coordinated to drive faster absorption, stronger margins, and elevated brand positioning.
* **Build a Best-in-Class Team:** Develop and implement the sales department’s standard operating procedures (SOPs), foster a culture of excellence and compliance, and provide the coaching and tools your team needs to succeed.
**You Bring**
* A minimum of 3 years of strategic sales leadership experience, ideally within homebuilding, construction, or a related B2C industry.
* A proven track record of developing and executing sales strategies that directly improve profitability and market share.
* Expertise in financial analysis related to inventory turnover, dynamic pricing, and margin management.
* Strong leadership presence with experience managing managers and developing high-performing teams.
* A collaborative mindset to partner effectively with executive peers in operations, finance, and land development.
**Compensation & Location**
This role offers a comprehensive package with a base salary of $150,000 - $165,000 and a significant bonus potential of $50,000 - $100,000, for a total target compensation of **$200,000 - $225,000 per year**.
