**What You’ll Do**

You’ll manage civil litigation matters from the first filing to the final resolution. That means drafting pleadings, motions, and discovery requests with precision, and arguing them with confidence. You’ll appear in New Jersey state and federal courts for depositions, hearings, and trials—taking and defending fact witness and expert depositions along the way. You’ll work side-by-side with partners, senior attorneys, clients, and experts, developing litigation strategies that actually move the needle. And you’ll keep clients informed and strategic, not just updated. Compliance with deadlines is non-negotiable; high standards of advocacy are the baseline.

**What You Bring**

- A Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Active New Jersey Bar admission in good standing.
- 4–7 years of civil litigation experience, with a track record in New Jersey state and federal courts.
- Strong advocacy chops—you’ve drafted and argued dispositive motions, and you’re comfortable in the weeds of discovery and deposition practice.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
- The ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.
