**Electrical Engineer - Hardware Verification**

On our Hardware Design Verification and Validation (HDV) team, you will be the architect of advanced RF test and measurement systems. This is a hands-on role where your work directly shapes the quality and capability of complex networking equipment used in national defense. **Your Mission:**

You will design and automate sophisticated RF test systems from the ground up. A key part of your role will be the continuous improvement of measurement algorithms and techniques—your innovations will directly enhance quality and slash test time. You’ll collaborate closely with electrical design engineers, evaluating measurement data and techniques to ensure our products perform under real-world conditions.

Your core responsibilities will include:
* Designing, developing, and debugging software applications to control and automate test equipment using NI LabVIEW and Test Stand.
* Spearheading initiatives to refine measurement processes, reporting, and overall system efficiency.
* Serving as a technical consultant, analyzing measurement data and validating that hardware meets stringent operational requirements.

**You Bring:**

* A Bachelor’s Degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience, a Graduate Degree with 2+ years, or 8+ years of direct experience in lieu of a degree.
* U.S. Citizenship is required.
* Proven experience in RF and baseband test and measurement, with familiarity using equipment like Spectrum/Network Analyzers, Power Meters, DMMs, Oscilloscopes, and Audio Analyzers.
* Strong proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming and Design (OOP/OOD).
* Practical experience with software management tools such as SVN/GIT and JIRA.

**Location & Compensation:**

This is a direct-hire, onsite position based in Rochester, New York. We offer a competitive salary range of **$80,000 - $146,000 per year**, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package.
