**About This Opportunity**
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer / Platform Engineer to own the technical strategy and implementation of our enterprise ServiceNow ecosystem. You will be the go-to authority, designing solutions that align with ambitious business goals while ensuring the platform's scalability, performance, and compliance. This isn't just a development role; it's a leadership position where you will guide technical teams, engage with senior stakeholders, and drive continuous innovation. **You will be responsible for:**
* Leading the overall design and architecture of the ServiceNow platform, crafting the roadmap that ensures alignment with our long-term business objectives.
* Driving the end-to-end implementation and optimization of solutions, with a focus on Core foundation, ITSM, ITAM, SecOps, GRC, TPRM, and other key modules.
* Collaborating directly with business leaders and technical teams to develop innovative solutions, acting as the bridge between complex needs and elegant technical execution.
* Designing sophisticated workflows, integrations, and custom modules to extend the platform's capabilities and automate critical processes.
* Championing platform scalability, performance, stability, and audit compliance, setting the standards for technical best practices.
* Leading and mentoring through your expertise, guiding the technical direction and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
**You bring to the table:**
* A minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience, with a deep and proven track record in ServiceNow architecture, development, and platform leadership.
* Expert-level knowledge across the ServiceNow ecosystem, including solution design, workflow automation, and integration patterns.
* Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical strategies to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
* A strategic mindset focused on continuous improvement, platform optimization, and driving tangible business outcomes.
