**Your Mission, Should You Choose to Accept**
You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy and execution, working directly with Practice Group Leaders, attorneys, and the Marketing Director to craft campaigns that build brand awareness, spark relationships, and generate real leads. Think of yourself as the architect behind every touchpoint—from email sequences to webinars to in-person events—ensuring every piece of content aligns with the firm’s standards and tells a compelling story.
**What You’ll Actually Do**
- **Lead the charge** on marketing strategy: You’ll develop and execute comprehensive plans that turn firm capabilities into client conversations.
- **Manage the engine**: Oversee the Marketing Department, including supervising staff, delegating assignments, and evaluating performance. Yes, you’ll be the go-to for your team.
- **Own the channels**: Digital and traditional—email campaigns, website content and SEO, social media, print collateral, webinars, and live events. You’ll ensure everything sings in harmony.
- **Dream up programs**: Conceptualize and implement initiatives that boost brand recognition and open new business doors.
- **Track and tweak**: Manage campaigns from concept to completion, monitoring performance metrics and pivoting strategies when the data says so.
- **Stay curious**: Conduct market research to track industry trends, competitive moves, and client insights—then use that intel to inform your next move.
- **Collaborate across silos**: Work with internal departments and attorney practice groups to drive integrated marketing that feels seamless.
- **Leverage tech**: Use marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems to optimize every campaign.
- **Report and refine**: Prepare performance reports, analyze data, and recommend improvements that keep the department evolving.
- **Adapt on the fly**: Take on additional duties as the business grows and changes.
**What You Bring to the Table**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of marketing experience, with a proven focus on strategy, brand building, relationship development, and lead generation.
- The ability to translate complex client needs and firm capabilities into clear, effective marketing programs.
- Strong project management chops and a collaborative spirit—you thrive when working with others.
- A track record of data-driven decision
