**What You’ll Do**
You’ll coordinate and lead outreach activities that build brand awareness across the San Bernardino territory. This means identifying and partnering with churches, assisted living facilities, food banks, and other community organizations to generate high-quality referrals. You’ll develop and execute monthly marketing plans alongside the Outreach Director to hit enrollment goals, and you’ll act as a subject matter expert—educating families and referral sources on how the PACE program empowers seniors to live safely at home. Above all, you’ll nurture trust-based relationships with community leaders and prospective participants, becoming a trusted face in the community.
**What You Bring**
- **Experience:** 2–5 years of professional experience, with at least 1 year in sales, marketing, or business development.
- **Education:** High School Diploma or equivalent (a Bachelor’s in Marketing or Healthcare is a plus).
- **Skills:** You’re a natural connector who thrives on face-to-face interaction, has strong public speaking abilities, and can turn a conversation into a meaningful partnership.
- **Drive:** You’re self-motivated, organized, and comfortable with a flexible schedule that includes local travel.
**Compensation & Perks**
- **Base Salary:** $75,000 per year
