- Advising on private M&A transactions in the energy and infrastructure space.
- Leveraging your tax equity and IRA credit expertise to unlock capital for renewable and conventional energy projects.
- Collaborating with a powerhouse team that represents clients at every stage—from development to debt close.
**What You Bring**
You’re not just a lawyer; you’re a dealmaker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for energy markets. Here’s what we’re looking for:
- **Experience:** 2–6 years of hands-on work in energy & infrastructure transactions, with strong experience in financing and/or private M&A.
- **Specialized knowledge:** Tax equity and IRA credit experience is a must.
- **Credentials:** A Juris Doctor from a top accredited law school, plus active bar membership in New York, Washington, DC, or Texas (depending on your office).

This isn’t a place where you’ll be left to figure it out alone. You’ll receive structured training and mentorship from partners who’ve been shaping the energy industry for decades. And the rewards are real:
- **Compensation:** $235,000–$390,000 per year, plus bonus.
- **Benefits:** Medical, dental, vision, life, disability, dependent care, and health care flexible spending accounts.
- **Extra perks:** 401(k) plan, profit-sharing, paid time off, and a robust wellness program.
