**What You’ll Do**
You’ll step into a dual role that keeps every shift interesting—splitting your time between the ER and Med Surg. One day you’re stabilizing a trauma patient, the next you’re helping a post-surgical patient take their first steps. You’ll assess conditions, administer medications, coordinate care with physicians, and educate families. You’ll also take ownership of patient outcomes, working alongside a small, collaborative team where your voice matters.

- **ER RN** – Night shift (7pm–7am)
- **Med Surg RN** – Day or Night shift available

Patient ratios are typically **3:1 to 4:1** (target is 5:1, but census is low), and you’ll often have a CNA or another nurse by your side.

**What You Bring**
- Active RN license in Kansas (must have)
- Associate degree in Nursing (ADN) or equivalent; 6 months to 1 year of experience preferred
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, small-hospital environment where you’ll wear multiple hats

**Compensation & Benefits**
- **Pay:** $30–$57/hour, based on experience and degree
- **Shift differentials:** $2.00/hr evenings, $2.50/hr nights, $2.70/hr weekends
- **Sign-on/relocation bonus:** $5,000 for a 1-year commitment, or $10,000 for 2 years
- **Tuition reimbursement:** $5,000 per year
