**What You’ll Do**
You’ll be hands-on with AutoCAD Civil 3D, turning concepts into construction-ready documents. Your day-to-day will include:
- Preparing engineering and design documents using Civil 3D—from site layouts to utility plans
- Providing CAD support to senior design staff when they need an extra set of skilled hands
- Designing and drafting for municipal, commercial, and industrial projects, including:
- Site design and grading/drainage
- Stormwater management and utility coordination
- Erosion and sediment control plans
You won’t be stuck on one task. You’ll move between projects, collaborate with team members, and see your work go from screen to shovel-ready.
**What You Bring**
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- 1+ years of experience (we’re flexible—1 to 4 years works)
- Solid skills in AutoCAD Civil 3D (you can navigate it without hand-holding)
- EIT certification? That’s a big plus—and we’ll support you in getting it if you don’t have it yet
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (you can explain a design decision clearly)
- A self-starter attitude: you can work independently but also thrive in a collaborative setting
