**What You’ll Do**
You’ll step into a 1st shift role (7:00 AM – 3:00 PM) and immediately dive into the action. Your days will be a mix of precision troubleshooting, system optimization, and hands-on leadership:
- **Advanced Troubleshooting:** Diagnose and resolve complex issues in 3-phase power systems up to 480v, motor starters, and control transformers—keeping production lines humming.
- **Automation & Controls:** Use Logix/Ladder Logic software to view I/O and troubleshoot automated lines, including power presses and carton packing gantries. You’ll speak the language of machines.
- **System Optimization:** Maintain and repair drive systems, encoders, and resolvers for rotary equipment like coilers, flatteners, and welders. Precision is your signature.
- **Electro-Mechanical Repair:** Lead preventative maintenance inspections on Power Presses, and assist in removing and replacing failed mechanical components before they cause downtime.
- **Precision Testing:** Master multi-meters, meggers, and ohm meters to identify electrical faults early—because you know the best fix is the one that never happens.
- **Safety Leadership:** Uphold NFPA 70E compliance, LOTO procedures, and crane operation protocols. You don’t just follow safety rules—you set the standard.
**What You Bring**
- **Experience:** 5+ years of maintenance expertise in a manufacturing environment. You’ve seen it all and fixed most of it.
- **Technical Proficiency:** Hands-on experience with 3-phase electrical equipment (480v) and PLC/Drive troubleshooting. You’re comfortable with Logix/Ladder Logic.
- **Certification:** Completed NFPA 70E training—safety is non-negotiable.
- **Education:** High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
- **Location:** You live within 50 miles of Washington, PA, and are ready to join a team that values your commute as much as your skill set.
