**Your Mission**
You’ll drive revenue growth, define the product roadmap, and open doors with strategic OEM customers. You won’t just sell—you’ll shape what gets built next. Working closely with international product teams and regional sales leaders, you’ll turn market intelligence into actionable strategy. Your voice will influence global product development, and your hands will guide new product launches from concept to customer.

**What You’ll Do**
- Develop and execute regional sales and marketing strategies that hit revenue and profitability targets—no fluff, just results.
- Dive deep into strategic OEM customer needs. You’ll document insights in CRM, conduct market research, and build relationships that go beyond the transaction.
- Hunt for new business in industrial segments like Food & Beverage, Semiconductor, Plastics & Rubber, and HVAC. You’ll identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities that introduce new technologies to key accounts.
- Partner with Strategic and Key Account Managers to capture Voice-of-Customer insights and align with customer business objectives.
- Gather competitive intelligence and market trends, then feed that into the global product roadmap. Your input will shape pricing, positioning, and product requirements.
- Equip the sales team with training, tools, and marketing materials that turn conversations into projects.
- Prepare and deliver management reports on customer engagement, sales performance, and pipeline health.
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) launches across the region, ensuring every rollout is smooth and strategic.
- Participate in global product line forums, sharing best practices and elevating how the team manages products.

**What You Bring**
- Deep experience in industrial automation, controls, or related technical sales—you know the landscape and the players.
- A track record of driving revenue growth and margin performance for a product portfolio.
- The ability to translate technical specs into customer value, whether you’re talking to an engineer or a VP of Operations.
- Strong collaboration skills—you’ll work across time zones and functions to get things done.
- A hunter’s mindset for new business, combined with a strategist’s eye for long-term growth.
