**Your Mission**

You will be the go-to expert, performing all job functions of a radiation therapist while taking on key administrative and quality assurance duties. Your day-to-day will be dynamic, balancing direct patient care with ensuring the department operates at its peak.

Your core responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional radiation therapy treatments and assisting with patient care coordination.
* Acting as the department’s authority on policy, procedure, and regulatory compliance. You’ll write, review, and update protocols, and educate staff on ODH requirements and Commission on Cancer standards.
* Championing safety and quality by chairing QA meetings, developing improvement plans, and ensuring all equipment quality checks, maintenance, and repairs are meticulously documented and completed.
* Serving as a vital resource to the team and department director, assisting with staff training, competencies, evaluations, and even aspects of billing procedures and audits.
* Collaborating closely with the physicist to implement and uphold rigorous quality and safety requirements.

**What You Bring**

* A graduate of an approved Radiation Therapy Training Program.
* A current ARRT (T) certification and a valid Radiation Therapist license from the Ohio Department of Health.
* A minimum of 3 years of radiation therapy experience, including specific training in simulation and planning. A Bachelor’s degree is a plus.
* Current American Heart Association BLS for Healthcare Provider certification.
* A proactive, detail-oriented mindset where excellence in procedure and patient safety is non-negotiable.

You’ll participate in a manageable call rotation (one week on, two weeks off) with **no weekends or holidays**. We value your expertise and are offering a competitive salary between **$84,000 - $107,000** per year, based on your experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. To welcome you, we are also pleased to provide a **$15,000 sign-on bonus**.
