**What You’ll Do:**
You will function as a vital part of the surgical team, providing expert care during the intra-operative phase of surgical and obstetrical procedures. Using your knowledge of instrumentation and equipment, you’ll help ensure the best possible outcome for every patient. You’ll work across surgery and labor & delivery, adapting to the dynamic needs of the OR.

**Your Day-to-Day:**
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and other techs in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Prepare and maintain the sterile field, ensuring all instruments and equipment are ready and functional.
- Anticipate the needs of the surgical team throughout procedures.
- Participate in on-call rotations to support patient care after hours.

**Schedule & Flexibility:**
We offer flexible full-time scheduling options to fit your life. Choose from:
- 5 eight-hour shifts
- 4 ten-hour shifts
- 3 twelve-hour shifts

Shifts typically start at 7am, with end times varying based on length. You’ll also participate in a fair and structured call rotation. Weekday call begins when your shift ends and runs until 7am the next morning. Weekend call runs from 7am Saturday to 7am Monday, shared among the team.

**What You Bring:**
- 1–2 years of experience as a Surgical Tech.
- Completion of an accredited surgical technology program.
- A team-player attitude and a commitment to exceptional patient care.
- The ability to thrive in a varied schedule, including call.
