**Your Role: A Vital First Responder**

You will be the crucial first link in our patient care chain. When the call comes in, you’ll spring into action, providing skilled basic life support at the scene, during transport, and throughout the pre-hospital environment. Your day will be dynamic, blending emergency medical response with non-emergency transports as directed by our Communications Center.

Your core responsibilities will include:
* Safely operating emergency ambulances and medical response vehicles.
* Performing emergency medical and rescue operations, providing basic medical assistance according to protocol.
* Independently handling life support activities and making critical decisions under pressure.
* Contributing to team mentorship, quality improvement, and community education.

This is a full-time position with 12-hour shifts (7am-7am), offering a compensation range of **$16.25 to $22.25 per hour**, based on your experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

* Successful completion of your EMT-B certification and current State of Ohio EMT certification.
* A commitment to maintaining all Continuing Medical Education (CME) responsibilities per State Guidelines.
