We’re a trusted community healthcare system in the serene setting of Buckeye Lake, Ohio, and we’re looking for a dedicated Polysomnography Tech or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our growing Sleep Disorders Center. **Your Role:**
You will be the expert behind the scenes, conducting high-quality sleep studies and ensuring every patient feels safe and cared for. On the night shift (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, with rotating weekends/holidays), you’ll independently manage the entire testing process, from patient preparation to delivering precise data for physician interpretation.

Your core responsibilities will include:
* Performing and scoring excellent quality Polysomnograms (PSG), MSLT, and CPAP titrations.
* Selecting appropriate recording montages, obtaining high-fidelity data, and expertly troubleshooting artifacts.
* Continuously monitoring patient physical and mental status before, during, and after tests to ensure safety and comfort.
* Maintaining all diagnostic equipment, performing routine maintenance, and making minor repairs.
* Contributing to our culture of quality by participating in results analysis and team collaboration.

**You Bring:**
* Credentialing as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) by the BRPT **OR** a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with an active Ohio license. (CRTs cannot be considered.)
* At least one year of hands-on experience in a sleep center or respiratory therapy setting.
* A current BLS certification.
* A meticulous eye for detail and the ability to clearly explain complex information to patients and staff.
* A genuine, attentive approach to patient care that exceeds expectations.
