**Your Role:**
You will be at the heart of patient recovery, evaluating needs, creating personalized plans, and providing hands-on treatment for a diverse caseload. Your days will involve delivering both individual and group therapy to patients with a wide range of diagnoses. You’ll utilize our modern Epic system for documentation and have access to specialized treatment spaces, including a home management area to practice real-world skills.

We operate with a structured yet supportive flow, including blocked documentation times, so you can focus on what matters most—your patients. One of the openings offers a special focus on Pediatric Rehab, for those with a heart for helping children thrive.

**What You Bring:**
* A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy.
* A current Ohio OT license and certification by the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
