**Shape the Rhythm of Production on 2nd Shift**

Step into a pivotal role where leadership meets hands-on execution. We’re looking for a Production Supervisor to own the rhythm of our 2nd shift in Waterloo, Iowa. This isn’t about watching from an office—you’ll be the driving force on the floor, ensuring safety, quality, and flow while developing a team that takes pride in what they build. **Your Role:**
You will be the cornerstone of our manufacturing team, supporting the Director of Operations and Production Manager. Your mission is to manufacture excellence by supervising staff, organizing workflow, and wearing multiple hats: quality inspector, safety coordinator, material handler, and coach. You’ll spend about half of your time in direct labor within your area, staying connected to the process and your team.

**What You’ll Do:**

* Own the production plan by scheduling personnel, establishing priorities, and resolving problems to hit daily targets.
* Lead, coach, and develop your team by communicating expectations, appraising results, and fostering growth opportunities.
* Maintain workflow by monitoring processes, equipment, and resources while implementing improvements and cost reductions.
* Act as the frontline quality inspector, enforcing standards to ensure every product meets our high expectations.
* Champion safety by identifying concerns and hazards before they become issues.
* Ensure materials are always available so your team can operate efficiently.
* Analyze production data and provide clear reporting to keep everyone informed and aligned.

**You Bring:**

* 3+ years of experience in a production supervision or similar leadership role.
* A hands-on mentality—you’re as comfortable on the floor as you are guiding your team.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to safety and quality.
* The ability to communicate clearly, enforce policies, and build a cooperative spirit across shifts.
* A focus on developing people and processes for the long term.

**Location & Compensation:**
This is an on-site role in Waterloo, Iowa, with a salary range of $75,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience.
