**Your Role & Impact:**
You will be at the heart of our patient care team, delivering essential respiratory services and diagnostic testing. Your day involves reviewing clinical data, evaluating the appropriateness of care plans, and collaborating to develop the best possible respiratory interventions. You’ll provide critical support across healthcare system divisions, ensuring every patient receives exceptional, standards-driven care. You’ll report to a supportive manager and join a passionate team of about 40 professionals who are truly invested in the health of our east central Ohio communities.

**What You Bring:**
* A graduate of a respiratory program recognized by J.R.C.R.T./CoARC.
* A current RRT or CRT certification in the state of Ohio.
* A proactive, collaborative spirit and a commitment to professional practice standards.

**Hours, Compensation & Benefits:**
This is a full-time position at 36 hours per week, with both day and night shifts available. We value your experience and credentials, which is why compensation ranges from **$23.48 to $38.90 per hour**. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package and a sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
