**Your Role: Civil Engineer – Land Development**

You will be the driving force behind diverse site development projects, taking ownership from initial concept through to construction completion. Your work will span commercial, residential, and municipal developments, making a tangible difference in Habersham County and beyond.

On a typical day, you might be designing a detailed site layout in the morning, coordinating with a client after lunch, and refining a stormwater management plan in the afternoon. Your core mission will be to deliver exceptional engineering solutions while building strong relationships.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead and manage land development design projects, ensuring they are on time, on budget, and exceed client expectations.
* Design and prepare site plans, including grading, drainage, stormwater systems, utility layouts, and erosion control.
* Serve as the central point of coordination, working seamlessly with clients, surveyors, contractors, regulatory agencies, and internal team members.
* Navigate the permitting process, securing the necessary approvals to move projects forward.
* Support project delivery at every phase, applying your technical expertise from the first sketch to the final construction observation.

**You Bring the Following Qualifications**

* A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
* At least 4 years of hands-on experience in land development engineering.
* A Georgia PE license, or an EIT certification with a clear path to obtaining your PE.
* Strong proficiency in Civil 3D; it’s your primary tool for turning ideas into executable designs.
* The communication and project management skills to lead projects and build trust with everyone involved.

**What We Offer**

This full-time position is based in the Baldwin, GA area with a competitive salary range of **$70,000 - $90,000 per year**, commensurate with your experience.
