**About This Opportunity**
You have the chance to build a meaningful career at a nationally recognized hospital, ranked among Forbes' top 100. Here, your work directly shapes the healing journey for individuals and families in our community. We’re looking for a compassionate Behavioral Health Therapist who is ready to provide exceptional care within a supportive, multidisciplinary team. **Your Role: Making a Direct Impact**
In this full-time role, you will be the cornerstone of therapeutic care for our inpatient psychiatric units. You’ll conduct assessments and facilitate both group and individual therapy sessions for adult, child, and adolescent patients. Your day is built around connection and progress: completing timely and accurate documentation, actively participating in treatment team meetings, and developing daily therapy schedules. You will also have the opportunity to cross-train and provide group therapy in our Outpatient Behavioral Health setting, working with a broad range of diagnoses, ages, and developmental stages.
We trust you to delegate tasks to Mental Health Technicians and to consistently meet productivity expectations, all while keeping the patient’s well-being at the center of every decision. This is a dynamic position with a rotating schedule that includes day/evening shifts, weekdays, and rotating weekends/holidays.
**What You Bring**
* A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a mental health field such as Counseling (PC, PCC), Social Work (LSW, LISW), Art/Recreational Therapy, or Music Therapy (MTA).
* Current Ohio license, registration, or certification appropriate to your field.

* Solid knowledge of DSM-V diagnoses and the skills to provide age-appropriate, psychosocial care.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
* A dedicated and patient-focused approach.
**Compensation & Benefits**
We value your expertise and offer a competitive compensation package based on your experience, with a range of $27.25 to $37.53 per hour (approximately $56,000 to $77,000 annually). You will also receive a comprehensive full-time benefits package.
Join us in an innovative environment where you can grow your skills across different patient populations and contribute to a team whose care truly exceeds expectations.
