**Your Role: Physical Therapist**

You will be the cornerstone of our patients' recovery journeys. Your primary mission is to provide high-quality evaluations, treatments, and documentation that set the standard for outpatient care. You’ll manage a robust and established caseload, ensuring each patient receives a personalized roadmap to wellness. A key part of your success will be your collaborative spirit—working seamlessly with our team of chiropractors and other providers to create integrated, optimal outcomes for every individual.

**You Bring:**

* A current Iowa Physical Therapist license.
* At least 2 years of hands-on experience in an outpatient or private practice setting.
* Strong clinical skills, particularly with orthopedic, sports, and general rehabilitation populations.

**Location & Compensation**

This full-time role is based in our welcoming clinic in Waterloo, Iowa. We offer a competitive annual salary of **$80,000 - $85,000**, plus a bonus structure, recognizing your experience and the immediate value you bring to our practice and our patients.
