**Your Role & Impact:**

You will be at the heart of our radiation oncology team, providing compassionate, precise care. Your primary responsibility is the accurate administration of photon and electron radiation, assisting in brachytherapy procedures under the direction of the radiation oncologist. Each day, you’ll make a tangible difference by performing simulations, constructing shielding blocks, and meticulously documenting all treatments and patient interactions. You’ll participate in vital quality assurance activities and play a key role in patient education, helping individuals and their families navigate their treatment with confidence and clarity.

We need someone who thrives in a collaborative environment. You’ll prioritize tasks effectively to ensure smooth daily operations and demonstrate a willingness to cross-train, enhancing the overall effectiveness of our dedicated department. You’ll report to a highly respected Radiation Oncology Manager and work alongside a talented team including Radiation Oncologists, RNs, Physicists, CMDs, and fellow RTTs.

**What You Bring:**

* Completion of an AMA accredited Radiation Therapy Program.
* Registration by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists in Radiation Therapy (RTT).
* A current Ohio state license in Radiation Therapy (LRTT).
* At least 2 years of hands-on Radiation Therapy experience.
* Strong experience with TrueBeam, Trilogy, and Aria systems is highly preferred.
* A commitment to safety, precision, and compassionate patient care.

**Schedule & Compensation:**

This is a full-time position (40 hours/week) offering an exceptional work-life balance. Your schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with **no weekends, no call, and no holidays**. We are offering a competitive annual salary ranging from **$74,000 to $99,000**, based on your experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
