**What You’ll Own**
You’ll take full ownership of accounting and financial reporting for multiple entities within the firm’s infrastructure platform. That means you’ll:

- Close monthly books under US GAAP and tax-basis accounting—accurately and on time
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, bank reconciliations, and supporting schedules
- Record and reconcile management fee income, and allocate shared costs across funds and entities
- Track carried interest, promote structures, and commission plans
- Support quarterly and annual financial reporting, plus tax compliance
- Coordinate with FP&A and leadership to review operating results against budget—investigating and explaining significant variances
- Support interim, quarterly, and year-end audits by preparing schedules for external auditors
- Help with quarterly distributions and investor reporting
- Maintain and strengthen internal controls
- Actively contribute to continuous improvement and technology initiatives that boost efficiency and tighten controls

**What You Bring**

- A bachelor’s degree in accounting
- At least 3 years of real estate accounting experience in a multi-entity environment
- Strong, hands-on US GAAP knowledge

- The ability to balance rigorous analysis with creative solutions
