**Your Mission:**
You will be the catalyst for new market expansion. Your core mission is to identify, pursue, and secure large-scale opportunities with enterprise clients. This means you’ll develop and execute the full strategic cycle: identifying target accounts, crafting entry strategies, leading prospecting campaigns, and building deep executive relationships to understand critical business objectives. You won’t do it alone—you’ll collaborate with a team of subject matter experts to design and present compelling solutions that achieve your clients' goals.
**What You Bring:**
We’re looking for a strategic builder with a documented history of stability and success. You have a minimum of 10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies, with a clear, successful track record in *new business development* for professional services. Your expertise includes:
* A history of closing large, complex deals, with individual sales consistently at $250k or more.
* Mastery of varied sales cycles, from three to twelve months.
* A stable career journey, with no more than three employers in the past ten years.
* A demonstrated ability to generate your own leads and build a pipeline that directly increases revenue.
* A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
* Residence in the greater Morristown, NJ area.
**Your Rewards:**
This is a true performance-based role with unlimited upside. You’ll receive a solid base salary of $140,000, but your total compensation is driven by highly leveraged commissions and bonuses tied directly to annual revenue production and profitability.
