**Your Role: Emergency Room Registered Nurse**

You will be the heartbeat of our emergency department, providing professional nursing care through the full nursing process. As a Staff RN, you’ll assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for assigned patients, serving as their steadfast advocate. Your specialized training will be crucial in performing patient care that ensures safety, comfort, and treatment according to the highest professional standards. You’ll collaborate under the general supervision of a Charge Nurse and play a vital role in our Quality Improvement and Service Excellence programs, directly contributing to the health of our community.

**What You Bring**

* A graduate degree from a school of professional nursing.
* An active Registered Nurse license in the State of Texas, or immediate eligibility.
* A solid foundation of **3+ years of specific Emergency Department experience**.
* Basic Life Support certification (required within 30 days of hire).
* Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification (required within 90 days of hire).
* A commitment to compassionate, ethical, and professional patient care.

**Schedule, Compensation & Benefits**

This is a full-time night shift position (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) offering an exceptional **7 days on / 7 days off schedule**, designed for sustainability and true balance. The competitive hourly range is **$38.00 - $49.00**, based on your experience. You’ll also earn a **$4.50 per hour night shift differential**.
