**What You’ll Do**
You’ll take the lead in building your own book of business from the ground up. That means prospecting, cold calling, door knocking, and networking your way into new accounts across Phoenix. You’ll recommend wireless solutions—service plans, data packages, and enhanced services—that solve real business problems. Then you’ll negotiate, close, and follow up like a pro.
You’ll also:
- Devise creative sales approaches that cut through the noise and win deals
- Manage your sales funnel from lead to close, tracking every step in Salesforce (or similar CRM)
- Prepare and deliver pricing quotes and proposals that actually convert
- Report on your activity and forecast with precision—because you own the numbers
**What You Bring**
You’ve got at least one year of B2B sales under your belt, and you can prove it with a track record of new customer acquisition in a quota-driven environment. You’re a fearless cold caller who thrives on the hunt, but you also know how to manage your time like a pro.
You’re also:
- A skilled negotiator and closer who’s comfortable preparing, presenting, and following up on proposals
- Detail-oriented with a customer service mindset that keeps clients coming back
- Proficient with computers, Outlook, and business writing (bonus points for Salesforce experience)
- A bachelor’s degree holder (preferred, but not required if you’ve got the grit)
