You’ll report directly to the President, with a team of 2–4, and your work will directly enable customer success in a fast-moving environment.

**What You’ll Do**
You’ll own quality outcomes across the entire operation—customer, internal, and supplier performance. That means you’ll be the primary quality interface for customer requirements, audits, and issue resolution. You’ll translate those customer expectations into clear internal standards and executable processes, then partner closely with Sales, Customer Service, Engineering, and Production to ensure alignment and consistent execution. When issues arise, you’ll lead root cause analysis and corrective actions, driving accountability across production, engineering, and suppliers.

On the floor, you’ll oversee in-process and final inspection across machining, fabrication, and assembly, ensuring adherence to material specifications and customer requirements. You’ll navigate varying customer standards across industries, prioritizing what matters most. You’ll also lead and develop your quality inspectors and documentation personnel, stepping in for hands-on inspection when needed. Accuracy is key—you’ll own material certifications, CofCs, and all required customer documentation, plus supplier quality performance including incoming material verification.

**What You Bring**
- Experience in heavy manufacturing, with a proven ability to own quality from concept to delivery
- Strong skills in translating customer requirements into actionable internal standards
- Hands-on familiarity with machining, fabrication, and assembly inspection processes
- A track record of leading root cause analysis and driving corrective actions
- Comfort leading a small team (2–4 people) and developing their skills
- Ability to balance multiple customer standards and priorities across industries
- Attention to detail for documentation like CofCs and material certifications
