**What You’ll Do**
You will be the vital link between our pharmacists, patients, and clinical staff. Your core mission is to assist our licensed pharmacists in delivering outstanding healthcare, ensuring every patient receives the right medication at the right time. Your days will be dynamic and impactful, centered on critical tasks such as:
- Preparing and distributing medications, including sterile IV compounding.
- Managing the Pyxis medication dispensing system.
- Performing accurate medication histories for incoming patients.
- Ordering, receiving, and stocking pharmacy inventory.
- Maintaining patient records and restocking emergency crash carts.
All duties are performed under the direct supervision of a registered pharmacist, adhering to the highest professional, organizational, and regulatory standards.
**The Schedule & Rewards**
This is a full-time position where you’ll work 4 days per week on 10-hour shifts. Start times rotate between 7am, 8am, and 9am. The schedule includes one weekend per month and 1-2 holidays per year. We value your experience and offer a competitive annual salary ranging from **$37,500 to $48,000**, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
**You Bring**
- Current registration as a Pharmacy Technician in the State of Ohio.
- Pharmacy Technician Certification (CPhT) from PTCB, or the commitment to become certified within one year.
- At least 1+ years of hands-on pharmacy experience.
- A proactive, detail-oriented mindset and a passion for supporting patient care.
