**Your Mission**
You will be the pioneer, responsible for hunting and landing major new accounts. Your role begins with identifying potential clients and crafting the strategy to reach them. You’ll conduct the prospecting campaign, develop key relationships, and gain a deep understanding of each customer’s critical business strategies. Then, you’ll partner with our internal subject matter experts to design and execute a custom solution that achieves your client’s objectives. This is a hybrid role, requiring your presence in our Waltham, MA office at least three days per week to collaborate and strategize with the team.
**You Bring a Proven Track Record of Building Business**
We’re looking for a strategic hunter with a history of stability and success. You have a minimum of 8-10 years of direct B2B sales experience calling on Fortune 1000 companies, with a clear, documented history of new business development selling professional services. Your expertise includes:
* Large, complex sales with deal values typically exceeding $250k.
* Navigating a broad range of sales cycles, from three to twelve months.
* A demonstrated track record of increasing revenue through self-generated leads.
* Career stability, with no more than three roles in the past ten years.
* A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
