## About This Opportunity

You’re not looking to be another cog in a machine. You want a place where your voice matters, your caseload has substance, and your growth is actively cultivated. That’s exactly what you’ll find here. We’re a premier Northeast litigation firm with a strong regional reputation, a genuinely collaborative culture, and a commitment to hands-on mentorship that goes beyond lip service. If you’re ready to take meaningful ownership of complex civil litigation while working shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced partners, this is your next move.

## What You’ll Do

You’ll manage a diverse civil litigation caseload from inception through resolution — across professional liability, commercial and business litigation, product liability, employment and labor, and environmental and toxic torts. Your days will be varied, your responsibilities real, and your impact immediate.

- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and legal memoranda that move cases forward
- Prepare and argue dispositive motions in state and federal courts
- Take and defend depositions independently, and lead discovery efforts with confidence
- Develop and execute litigation strategies in close collaboration with partners
- Attend hearings and trials, and communicate proactively with clients — providing not just updates, but strategic guidance
- Ensure every court deadline and procedural requirement is met with precision

## What You Bring

You have 5–7 years of civil litigation experience, including meaningful practice in Massachusetts state and federal courts. You’ve taken and defended depositions on your own, led discovery, and drafted and argued dispositive motions. You hold a J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and are actively admitted to the Massachusetts State Bar.

You’re a self-starter who thrives working independently — but you also know the power of a strong team. Your legal research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills are sharp. And you bring a genuine commitment to client service and professional excellence.
